Spotted something wrong or out of date? Tell us and we will check it against the official source. This is not an emergency service: if someone's life is at risk, call 999.

It helps if you tell us:
- which page it is about (the web address is best),
- what you think is wrong or out of date,
- the official source that says otherwise, if you have one.
If it is about safety, such as carbon monoxide, flooding, electrics or health, put “Safety” in the subject line. See how we handle corrections.
We read every message, but we cannot always reply. We use your email only to reply and to fix the site: see our privacy notice.
For anything urgent, use the crisis numbers. We cannot give advice about a specific emergency, a place or your health.
