Corrections
If you spot something wrong, especially anything about safety, please tell us.
Our policy
- Safety errors (carbon monoxide, flooding, electrical, medical) are fixed within 24 hours of being confirmed. If needed, we take the page down while we fix it.
- Other errors are fixed within 7 days.
- Material corrections get a dated note at the foot of the page, saying what we previously said.
- Data errors, such as a wrong warning shown, are logged with the feed and the time.
How to report an error
Email [email protected]. Tell us the page, what you think is wrong and, if you can, the official source that says otherwise. Put “Safety” in the subject line if it is about carbon monoxide, flooding, electrics or health.
